My GF, my sister and I ate at Ryan's on a Sunday evening. We started with the Mini Tacos. They were excellent and the portion big enough for four. My GF ordered a Special and did not like it. Too plain and too dry (Wild Mushroom Linguine). It was removed from our bill. She gave five stars to the salad and soup bar. I agree. Sis had no complaints about her Chicken Parmessan. My entree was North Atlantic Salmon. I opted for the Rum Glaze. Outstanding. If I had been alone, this review would earn five stars. Service was excellent.

Just went there this weekend and it was amazing. The service was great like usual. Our waitress was very nice! And the food was also great. It came out really fast and was very good. I left stuffed and happy with our meal!

Good drinks and really good service. I tried the ribs and thought they were pretty good. Their bread and butter they served with it was outstanding! Really good soup too. Will be back soon!

Awesome place with awesome service and food. And Savannah at the bar has ninja-like mad skills. Great place.

Well, after what I thought was a sincere apology from Ryan, and my sending him my email - still no word back. Guess that apology was as vacant as his poor handling of our situation to begin with.

They use frozen french fries, frozen hamburger patties and I think, frozen fish. Salmon was over cooked, wife's fish was inedible and my son couldn't finish his burger it was that gross. Servers were fine and helpful but the price you pay you would expect much, much better food.

The owner's response is entirely false. The restaurant had gotten the reservation time wrong (even though the groom had called earlier in the day to confirm) and there was no "simply told him he should have called earlier". He flat out threatened the groom. Profanities were only yelled AFTER we were all outside and Ryan chased us down to start screaming at us. No hostesses were ever yelled at since we had no reason to be mad at them. The hostesses were actually quite nice and apologetic about the whole debacle. I would also advise that people be hesitant of any glowing reviews that happen to appear in the next few days. Ryan Colthorp is the type of guy who will review his own restaurant just to bump up his rating: i.imgur.com/zgARi.png

If you have been to the Roadhouse before and it was more than a year ago, forget what you know and check it out again ! Being born and raised in the good ole Mint City I grew up with the Roadhouse, formerly Ye Ole Roadhouse, recently changed to Ryan's Roadhouse. Man has this place changed over the years, and for the better, it used to be full of 6 ft tall dark wood booths that made the interior really dark and woodsy. They have remodeled and it is much brighter inside now. They have a nice patio on the back in the summer that often has live entertainment. They also have redone the basement and have music down there. The food is good, last time I went we had the veggie pizza and it was DELICIOUS ! If your are not from 'around here' expect to feel a little out of place, as everyone seems to know everyone, but hey, if your visiting the area and need a good meal and a beer or two check it out, if you just need a good meal please read my review on Mancino's !!

Last two visits food was poor and service was lacking. They served me burnt lasagna and then replaced it with burnt chicken. Server made us feel like we were the problem and we should just eat what we were served. I would like this place to be great, but currently it seems to be very inconsistent and lacks standards.

Had a good experience. Had the turkey wrap, very light but filling. Turkey breast had the skin on it, and it was grilled, which gave it that grilled taste. They serve bread with two kinds of butters, and so you don't really need appetizers. They have Pepsi products, and a salad bar, with 2 soups. If you don't like animal furs, they do have them on the walls as decoration. Food was good, next time we are up there on business it's a good local eatery. Friendly wait staff.

We are locals and have dined at this restaurant on several occasions and have even brought friends here. After what happened Friday night I doubt we will be back. We asked friends to dine with us at Ryan's. My friend burnt his hand really bad on the soup. He went to the bar, explained what happened, and asked for some ice. What really bothers me and the others in our group is that no one from the restaurant came over to check on him. He had second degree burns. I find it sad that they do not care enough to check on someone who was hurt. I'm sorry but that is not acceptable to us. I don't think we can frequent an establishment that is this callous towards the customer. We weren't expecting anything free out of this but a little sympathy and caring would have been nice. So do not hurt yourself here because they really don't give a damn.

The most unprofessional owner ever. We had a reservation for 25 (wedding rehearsal dinner) but they gave the table away before we got there 6 minutes late. One can imagine how disappointed the bridal party and family were but the owner offered no consolations. After some heated discussions, he kicked us all outside then threatened to fight the groom. We went outside in the rain to figure out where else to go and he came out and yelled at us more. Worst. Restaurant. Ever. If you want to deal with nice, professional managers and feel safe while eating, go to the Applebees right down the road.
